Shipping & Returns

Standard Shipping is FREE to the United States. Your package will be shipped by the ground method via United States Postal Service (can take up to 5-7 business days) or UPS (guaranteed in 5 business days) depending on the weight of your package. Generally, both of these methods will arrive in 3-5 business days, but this is not guaranteed.

Returns Policy

Bella Medspa wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the product.* We offer in-store credit with a 15% restocking fee on products if returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must have the original sales slip enclosed. You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.

There is a $6.95 fee for cancelled or refused orders.
